Handle case where nodeWithControl.Container is null

If nodeWithControl.Container is null, then I think that the container should be ignored (similar to the way in which node.Image is treated).

With my version of FTV (1.3), I have to initialize nodeWithControl.Container to some value for otherwise the treeview will crash on a null reference.

That`s was fixed in the v1.4 so please use the latest version instead.
